The Siobhan Waters Quartet (Siobhan Waters – Voice, Tom Harvey – Guitar, Clem Saynor – Bass – and Gruff Owen – Drums) met while studying Jazz together at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, and have been playing together in various line ups and in various genres for nearly four years. United in their love of improvised music, the group seek to celebrate the rich traditions and repertoire of jazz music, interpreting it in their own way to include more contemporary styles and influences. The quartet are based in Cardiff and actively participate in its thriving live music scene both in this band and with others.

Tra’n astudio Jazz gyda’i gilydd yng Ngholeg Brenhinol Cerdd a Drama Cymru ffurfiwyd Pedwarawd Siobhan Waters (Siobhan Waters- Llais, Tom Harvey- Gitar, Clem Saynor- Bâs, a Gruff Owen- Drymiau), ac mae’r aelodau i gyd yn gerddorion brwd ar y sîn Jazz yng Nghaerdydd ers bron i bedair blynedd. Yn unfryd yn eu mwynhad o gerddorieth byrfyfyriol, eu nod yw dathlu traddodiad cyfoethog y byd Jazz tra’n ceisio ychwanegu naws fwy cyfoes. Caerdydd yw cartref y Pedwarawd, ble mae’r aelodau yn perfformio’n gyson.
